That's a good one. In the short term, I thing placing towels on the floor should help. Over time, your hands will get stronger and acclimate to you putting all of your weight on them and the pain will go away.
just a question. Any tips for avoiding the sore hands from putting all your weight on your hands? Because after I do all these foam rollerr exercises where my hands are like that, my lower palms just hurt!!

I love the foam roller! This is one of the best exercises to do before cardiovascular. That's why I put this first on my blog before anything else.
