I really do feel bad for apple they always make the best product and microsoft always copys with a much worse product just go and watch the movie called "Pirates of the Silicone Valley"
Apple also copies lots of things from others, including Microsoft.
This is a chinese product, you can expect that it is a copy. It's not from Microsoft, it just uses Microsoft software (that has existed already ten years before the iPhone).

The Meizu miniOne Model M8 was announced and first presented three days before the iPhone was unveiled. It's interface is based on a modified version of Windown Mobile, and part of the interface of the Microsoft Zune. Meizu stated at CeBit that before releasing it, they would change parts of the interface, like the icons. Plus, the Meizu Model M6 will be released along with M8 as a standalone MP5 player. They will be released around August and cost less than half of what the iPod and iPhone do.
The 3 buttons , is not solely iphone's clone,please look at it once more more carefilly and also u can see the spec in which iphone can never reach, can u change the battery yourself with the iphone? or can u play .rm or .rmvb files in iphone?(although rm,rmvb files are not popular in western countries but we Chinese have a great demand!) or can iphone own a high resolution 720*480 screen ?
The interface is straight out of the iphone and some icons are no different. don't try to say that its not a rip off of the iphone because ever since the iphone there have been cheap rip offs of it and this is no different china is just trying to get in some money by stealing apples ideas
stealing what iphone's ideas? Can you elaborate more? The icons you mean? It is difficult to determine....OK if i mean if Brianexe43 you are the software engineer of m8, what better measures will you give?
Don't always blame Chinese' products. m8's UI is not a rip off of the iphone, it is just imitate, if ones idea is good, why not get their advantages and improve further base on the original company's design to become other company's unique, characteristic product?
BTW:not all the Chinese company rip off other company's products, at least MEIZU doesn't.
