There's nothing sexist in saying Palin's election would set women back. This country is full of sexist people looking to overgeneralize. If Palin comes up short, some will say "that's why you don't elect a woman." That's a lot of pressure on her.

If she is going to stand on behalf of ALL women and be successful, she really does have to be better than she currently is. As it stands, there are plenty of smarter, more articulate, down-to-earth women out there. She's not the example she needs to be.
