I just found a card that had the violet flame and what it is for, so I hope it answers ur question!

From the card--> "The Violet Flame is a high frequency spirtual energy that can transmute (transform) negitive energy & karma into positive energy." (Part one, not enuf space so i'll attach a part two! :) )
