@Sigfee Japanese sounds much better. It's not because English sounds much cooler, for instance, the Chinese version of any anime is much better because it delivers the message in a similar way. (Yes I understand Chinese). It is also similar to Japanese as well. The only instance where English sounds good is in anime such as Hellsing and Devil May Cry.

Okay, the English Dub isn't THAT bad. It's just small mistakes on most parts, but I believe Saito's voice is sort of overdone. He's trying too hard to be silly but in some way... I guess it's moderately realistic given the kind of character he is. (Also, is it me or does Louise remind anybody of Taiga from Toradora?)
