I really take offense to his opinion on Al Sharpton. There are a lot of people who do not know the things that he has done for the Black Community. Sometimes we have to look through the labels that the media gives people and look at what the person has accomplished. I am the most nonracial person ever, but if you are not African American, please do not reply because you don't know what he has done for our community. There is a reason that we respect him so much.

It's not about going into people's bedrooms, I don't think the Mormon church or 60% of CA voters were determining what consenting adults do in their bedrooms. We are concerned about preserving a tradition between one man and one woman. This tradition is ours to preserve..and the voters have spoken.

The funny thing about Conservatives wanting to ban gay marriage is that this is part in parcel of EXPANDING government powers (by grossly abusing power in encroaching on personal freedoms and liberties), when the Conservatives preach all day about LIMITING government power for the interests of the private sector.
