@CxOxLxE Why can't he handle it? Bc he doesn't agree with the workouts? I have done many types of training. crossfit being one of them. MY endurance shot up. My strength? went down considerably. It has it's pro's and con's but the crossfit cult mentality has to stop. There is no perfect workout system and the body must be put through something different all the time. I can do 1000 backflips and be tired and puke. doesnt mean its great
@EtchedInOak because he is bad mouthing it, usually when someone does that it is because they couldn't do it or they are jealous. No one said crossfit can make you the world's strongest man, it is making you a well balanced machine. IF you can do 1,000 backflips you shouldn't even have to work out because you should be a beast already.
@EtchedInOak I don't know where you were training but just as no training program is perfect, there are good and bad trainers/gyms. Depends on your programming. If you are doing nothing but circuit style met-cons you aren't going to get a whole lot stronger.
