This one was used from November 1998 to December 1999.

Actually from 1996 to 1997 or eight...but not from 1998 to 1999..

actually, RDL is correct. Nikki/Melody Thomas Scott's hair was not cut short at that time in 1996/1997, and Michael Baldwin did not come back to the show until late 1997, and was not put into an opener until 1998. Diane and Grace also were not on the canvas yet until 1997.
