supportive of Afghan war where millions have been killed and disabled for life by the direct and indirect effect of war....?

I'm sure Jesus would love his children regardless and have the taliban quit stoning families to death just for trying to learn education.

You should go back and read the teachings of Jesus.Keep in mind millions died in war which could have been saved by USA.(I believe USA had the capacity to save but it did not tried with sincerity).

I didn't say he would support the war,I said he would love his children regardless. also it was the iraqi war which had millions killed,not afghanistan. you talk about how so many people were killed or disabled during the war but they signed up on their own free will. It's called sacrifice,something Jesus teaches us.

To the Iraqi people we've asked for their forgiveness and rebuilt what we've destroyed.They now have freedom of choice,something God gave us when we were created.

If you really think about it,Jesus lives in each of us, we all strive to make the right decision,we all hope for a peaceful world,we all care about others effected by the war,we listen to our cautions and look to Christ to guide us through the valley of the shadow of death. Marines and Soldiers alike have scriptures and crosses tattooed to their bodies to show their faith and ask for His protection. Our military religious officers always remind us that God is with us and everything has a reason.

Reminding officers an assumption that" GOD is with them" does not change facts and reality.Jesus is with those who do not kill innocents .Whats the difference between Taleban & Nato..both kill innocents and expect GOD will be on their side...Please do not let humanity suffer by difference of ideology.

Jesus is with those who believe in Him and try to do right,in war innocent casualties are going to happen,that's why it's called "war".

Also it's impossible not to sin,you've probably sinned more than half of the soldiers out there. They twist their own religion to recruit military might and provoked a war with us.

If God has ever made you suffer in life,there was a reason for it,much like there is a reason why there are wars,hurricanes,tsunamis and earthquakes. God has the reasons,let Him work

When it is impossible not to sin ,then why should somebody fight the talebans to prevent them from committing sins...to say, we are at war is no excuse of killing people who do not agree with your ideology...I am sure Jesus would have not supported Afghan war too...NATO forces are acting the same way Romans were acting when Jesus came...

we aren't fighting them to prevent sin,we are fighting them because they accept evil as a standard of getting their point across.

I don't care if they're christians,jews,muslims,whatev­er, it's just wrong to purposely kill innocent people and twisting religion to back up an unholy cause.

What exactly is my ideology? I was feeding kids from my hand while the taliban were telling kids to dig holes for explosives.

Please tell me you're not comparing Jesus to Osama,if so,rethink your faith.

Go ask a taliban questions about his beliefs and ideas,why he fights for what he fights for ask him why he cuts peoples heads off,why he stones women and children to death,why he believes little girls shouldn't be educated. Ask him why they blow up their own schools and roads and even themselves.

Then ask a Marine why they fight,ask them what they think about when they fight,ask them about their beliefs and ideas and why they joined and let me know what you find.

If someone is doing wrong deeds ,should it be a reason to do the more wrong deeds? ...Its easier for brutal people to give reasons for their wrong deeds...Reasons never ends ..But reality is that actions of last 10 years of US activity has resulted in sufferings,killings,& disability of Millions 99% of whom are innocents..

if a man shoots your brother in the face next to you and you have a loaded weapon and the bad guy holds a gun to your head what do you do?it's not a wrong deed if you pull the trigger. That's what happened when we went to war.You're looking at this war by body count,not by the future it holds for millions more. You're thinking way too small,here,reality is: war is necessary,you cannot negotiate with evil,innocents die regardless.

Also,U.S. actions of the last 200 years may have saved billions.

You're too busy looking for biblical reasons to end the war that you don't understand that war is a means of reason when diplomatics fail. When someone declares a "holy war" on the U.S. out of the blue,I'm inclined to think those guys are fucked up. And if I were some innocent bystander who had to choose between the taliban and the U.S.,I'm going to choose the country that takes care of its own people,the U.S! In God i trust,for freedom i fight, for righteousness i strive,for death i fear not.

The same Biblical reasons were used by US & allies when these people(Taliban) were fighting the Soviets.The same holy war was going on but with different US position.Many Russian mothers lost their sons by the bullet provided by US.I still wonder when US leaders claim that they are civilized people and Taleban are uncivilized.I wonder how they deliver lecteures of tolerance and human rights to others.

Imagine you are a son of Afghan mother then may be you are able to understand the gravity of pain inflicted .Go in a calm room and think .I am sure a little neutral analysis will help you understand what I am trying to say.Keep in mind your feeling about your mom and your family when you analyze.

By the way,was there any Afghan involved in 9/11?If you argue that they used Afghan soil then the same way they used European soil too for aviation training..Will you bomb those European institutions as well who trained them..I bet you will not ever..because they have similar life style & similar race like you have...here you will solve the issue with dialogue..right?..
