It's premium mod. A premium Medic grants his target unlimited ammo during the ubercharge, there are also other features. I love 15-free-minutes-of-premium-eve­ry-day servers btw. :D

Do you remember when people used the item unlocker to get weapons? We didn't shout "CHEATER!" and give the ones who didn't use it a pretty new toy. Valve deleted their items and that was that.

That's because it is a lot different. When you're idling, you're not actually playing the game at all, you're just sitting there doing nothing, and don't even have to be at the keyboard. How exactly are you justifying being purposely AFK for extended periods as playing the games exactly?
