  • you dont even need to hold the triceps just make sure you're close to your opponent like pulling him/her down by his/her neck...what ever :D

  • I use this then immediately transition into an arm triangle from scarf hold, it works well fairly often.

  • i use this all the time in brazilian jiu jitsu. difference is i pull my opponent close to me and then i buck and roll.

  • It's somewhat dangerous when there is punches being thrown. Especially if you're mounted and getting bombs dropped on you. Usually when you're in mount and they're postured up it's a little late. The only reason why you wouldn't do that against a professional mixed martial artist is you can get rolled straight into a triangle or worse. You girls are legit though keep it up.

  • oh........that works very nice

  • Wonderful!!!

  • you girls are wonderful

  • Yeah, tis works very well. I'v always wonderd why no one in the UFC are jusing this...

  • @ZeaMoore4 Works but it is hard when your opponent expect you to use them. The key to neutralize mount escapes is effective use of hooks and hands for base. In order to escape the mount against an experienced bjj fighter you must use the elbow and trap and roll escapes in combination. Not being to obvious.

  • @ZeaMoore4 I was completely unaware of the art of jusing this escape lol jk

This is actually my go to if someone gets mount

  • @ZeaMoore4

They usually can't get wrist control like that while being brutally pounded with fists and elbows. People often roll over because it's easier to escape a back mount than the full mount.

  • @MongoloidNigger it's definitely not easier to escape back mount than regular mount. in fact it's MUCH easier to escape the full mount

  • @forzaazzurri101 that's not excatly true. It depends on the person having the mount or the back.

  • @forzaazzurri101 try to scape the back mount with a triangle on the stomach locked in ....

  • Nice !
