@1rhesa I just recently discovered this drama and I can totally relate on this story, I'm lesbian and I'm in-love with my high school friend, but she didn't end up with me, instead she chose some loser guy, while in-fact I stayed with her all throughout the good and bad times and loved her. It's just so heart breaking :(
Absolutely a beautiful and sad story.. I won't even call it a love story since they ended up being the "Last Friend".. Maybe that's what making the story so sad.. @@

I know it was dissapointing! Would be nice if there's a sequel where Ruka finally finds a girl that can lover her back =( It's nice Ruka,Takeru, and Michiru remain friends but Ruka and Takeru still needs to find their other half.

The opening episode shows that Michiru is living alone somewhere( she is pregnant with Souske who kills himself after raping Michiru in the recent episode) and thinking about Ruka
