1. Go to internet options under the tools menu.

2. Click on connections tab.

3. For dial up connections select currently active connection and click on settings button.

4. Check the check box labeled "Use a proxy server for this connection".

5. Fill IP address and port number and click on ok button.

6. For LAN connections click on LAN Settings Button and repeat step 4 and 5 for this connection.

 7. click on ok button to finish. Now feel free to surf anonymously with changed ip address.

I think this would work on it, it make the sever make you were American or British, so this should work. Just basicly do the same as in the tutorial, change your ip for a selected website in the desciption and then change your IP. Should work like a charm.
