as much as we want a green console, the closest anyones gonna get is the Halo edition (literally Green) because the companies could give a shit honestly, theres a lot of money to be made in video games, so they'll doubtfully spend any money on an efficient green console, yet. Maybe within the next 2-3 years hopefully. Its doubted that It will happen if we ask them politely. We can only hope considering how much we all play video games.

Still though, we love our games, and we will not submit! I mean, if everyone thought this way, we'd just go back to being cavemen! I like to do my part in keeping the planet green, I recycle and save what I can, but asking me to stop playing games is just plain rude.

Even if Greenpeace had a point, they went about it the wrong way. They've come across as pretentious in this little video, assembling several popular icons among people who own consoles, and talking down to them and creating slapstick avatars for them.
If this stated the facts, that some materials used can be replaced with less harmful ones, then I'd be behind this movement. Now I feel like resisting it because it just seems so arrogant.
