Yeah, de-barking is cruel though her parents said the only other choice was to have her put down?? There are many options to de-barking including citronella collars to re-train them and even professional, continuous one-on-one training sessions with a dog trainer. Lucky for me my dog talks rather than barks cuz he's half Staffy. He sounds like The Scatman in his sleep.

@forevershining1 I don't think this dog is debarked, I've heard this sound from little terrier types before, it's excited, REALLY REALLY excited. It just sees something it wants. Family member, other dog, a cat, squirrel, etc... VERY CUTE!
