hey i think you should try One And Only argan oil line of products. theyre AMAZING! im not sure if its cruelty but it is sulfate free, paraban free and phosphate free. they sell this at sally beauty suply. i have the THINEST hair and its horrible and fries up to my ears when i straighten and dye it and now my hair is strong enough to go through a ton of heat. i reccomend this, i have no frizz and my hair is soooo soft. anyone, this shizz works miricles.
The organix shampoo didn't dry your hair out. Considering it had egg white ingredients, it probably put more PROTEIN in your hair. Too much protein makes hair hard. So, it was strong, just not soft (: I had the same problem.
I love your video.. .. Drop by and check out my site.. I make all natural handmade soaps without SLS in them.. Would love to have you as a Youtube friend.. Hugs Sherry
I currently use a brand called Jason, you may or may not have heard of it.From what I understand its completely natural but it does'nt keep my hair clean or more then a day but still.
Hey All! Dont know what area you guys are in but the rite aid near me is selling David Babaii for WildAid Hydrating Shampoo for only 2 dollars!! I dont know if this is all rite aids but its worth a try to find :o)
Oh i've had the same problem with the organix products! I wanted to love it but the shampoo and conditioner made my hair stiff and dry coming out of the shower instead of smooth and soft. It was a bummer :( I do have their anti breakage serum and that works okay. I love the smell though! Makes me want to eat it :D
Totally agree with you, I tried the organix coconut shampoo and it made my hair feel so stripped and dry and like you said straw...I have to use a different conditioner to add enough moisture.
i have super long hair and i been using tresemme and i love it but i wanted somthing more better and naturally make s my hair frizz free, shiny helathy and goo dfor my hair help me with any products u think that wood do the job 4 me,and somtiing not to expensive lolz thansk abunch
There are only TWO 100% safe shampoos Ive ever seen
1) Terressentials mud hair wash
2) Morocco Method (they actually have a whole program of alternating shampoos)
There are no funny sounding ingredients in EITHER of these!!! Here is a good premise..if you can't pronounce the ingredients, don't buy it. If it's not made of something you can collect from your kitchen cupboard, or in natural, edible or readily available, raw form..LEAVE IT ALONE! If you can't eat it, don't put it on your skin.
If they no longer sell this at walmart did you happen to find another product similar to this? I've been searching for a while as well for something better for my hair especially since it's color treated. Love your reviews by the way, I'm officially sold on Coconut Oil :D
@TheSilverLining80 now i don't even think that Ulta carries it anymore. I've been checking with my Ulta store for the past 3 wks, with no luck. i'm going to check walmart for it now. do you know where else do they carry this?
If they no longer sell this at walmart did you happen to find another product similar to this? I've been searching for a while as well for something better for my hair especially since it's color treated. Love your reviews by the way, I'm officially sold on Coconut Oil :D
also, all matter is made out of chemicals. it is important to realise that all the ingredients used in cosmetics are the same, whether natural or man-made, including water which is one of the most ‘natural’ substances on earth. whether an ingredient is good or not, depends on the individual ingredient, not the category itself.
that being said, there is no reason in the first place to use 3 separate cleansing products. using a face cleanser, shower gel, and shampoo is just a commodity, not a necessity. all these products are chemically identical and base their effects on the action of surfactans, the active ingredients that actually clense a surface by forming micelles.
sulfate free is bogus. sulfates are not necessary harsh. the harshness depends solely on which ones are being used. however, sulfate free shampoo simply means it does not contain sulfates ( the most popular being SLES and SLS-this is actually a bad one, head&shoulders uses it), but as long as it still contains other surfactans, non ionic and silicone surfactans are usually the best ( SLES and SLS are anionic), it should be able to cleanse ur hair.
In my latest video I reviewed a new sulfate free shampoo that I think beats all of the other sulfate free shampoos I've tried. Checkout my video if you like. Any ways, hope you have a lovely night.
@GetLikeSteph Thank you!!! That is great feedback and encourages me to keep doing what I'm doing. :) I appreciate you watching and taking the time to comment. Have a great day!
Try Burts Bees or Giovanni you can find them in walmart probally target too. I they are paraben and sulfate free but im not sure if they are animal cruelty free so you might wanna check on that. They are both organic so you dont have to worry about chemicals. Oh and Alba botanica is another one its not organic but it doent contain parabens and sulfates. HTH
another product you could try and can get it cheap at some salons or ulta in large bottle size is TIGI bed head ECO FREAKO Eco Awesome moisture condtioner is great ( i have it), also have a shampoo but not sure how good it is, but both are sulfate, paraben and fragrance free! hope this helps you or some1
I HATED that ''organix'' shampoo too. It almost ruined my hair just from one wash. I swear my hear felt like i washed it with glue! My hair was so stiff and a horrible tangled mess! Thanks a lot for the review I'm looking for a sulfate free shampoo too and will definitely check out the shampoo you recommended.
Hi! Pureology brand hair products are sulfate-free, though I'm not sure if they are paraben-free, but worth the investigating. Can get some of the formulas at Target or Bed Bath & Beyond, and at good salons. It's a bit more expensive than the David Babai you're recommending. Another line is Alterna, though very high-end, it is sulfate-free too, and great if you want to give your hair a luxurious splurge.
dont mind the username..I'm on my boyfriends account. But, I agree with you 100% in the Organix shampoo. Made my hair feel like straw and extremely dry! I just purchased the WildAid at Rite Aid for buy one get one and I love them so far! Great vid :)
Ok I've tried this shampoo and it actually smells different when you use it on your hair.. it gave my hair a really strong coconut smell that was really annoying.. :( I am still searching for a better shampoo that is sulfate free
I have been having such a hard time finding a quality shampoo with good ingredients. I was looking at the ingredients and it says it has fragrance, which isn't good. Do you know if the fragrance is a natural fragrance like an essence of something? I hope so! I've been using the Avalon Organics Lavender shampoo that I got from Wal-Mart and it makes my hair really oily.
Im so glad I came across your videos. I love this David Babaii shampoo and conditioner. I definately feel the difference in my hair. Thanks a million ^_^
I have gone to two different Sally's and the David Babaii are gone. I just want to know if there is another Shampoo and conditioner that is sulfate free and leaves hair soft and with a good scent. I would appreciate any help with this.
I have tried WEN but found it to be a little pricey so I found a similar product called The One which worked just as good. However, I am now using this David Babaii product and I enjoy this prodcut better than the others. Thanks for the review!
WOW im really surprised you didn't like the Organix Shampoo!!! I used it and liked. it...Maybe bc I don't color my hair? IDK but Im interested in this one you're talking about!! =D Thanks 4 the info!
Hey! I just found your videos today and I'm really enjoying them. I also have the organix shampoo and it makes my hair feel like straw and it doesn't make it soft at all. I really can't wait to try the David Babaii shampoo and see if i like it. I'm sure its really good like you said it is. =]
Hi everyone. I use a cleansing conditioner that wont strip the natural oils of my hair. It wont foam at all and it leaves your hair clean, shiny and nurtured. it's call WEN by Chaz Dean. It has all kind of natural ingredients and oils. The best part of all is that my highlights don't fade away making my hairstylist to ask me what I'm using.
I ordered this shampoo after watching your video and I just wanted to thank you for recommending it! I absolutely love this stuff! and it smells beautiful! so thank you kindly :)
I just bought this at rite-aid a few days ago because it was buy one get one free. It is AMAZING. Not only that, but it helps a good cause too. I'm so happy that I've found a sulfate-free shampoo that works and doesn't break the bank.
You wanted to know how I like the shampoo & cond...I LOVE IT!!! I bought the hydrating as well..bought 1 set and went back yest. for more, they sold out, had more coming in from another store today..called them at 3 p.m...sold out again!!!
i have been using this shampoo for months, hydrates superbly well for my 4b afr/am hair, not always great at getting rid of product buildup, but my it always takes care of my flyaways, and gives me great shine!
I've tried Pureology, Everpure, and Naked Naturals amd they all dried my hair and made it feel like straw. This sounds good, so I think I'll give SLS-free shampoos one last try! Always love your reviews :)
yeah! I was just on the hunt for a new shampoo/comditioner. I was testing L'oreal everpure products but they didn't live up to my Beauty Without Cruelty. I will give this product a try.
sls and coconut...hmmm... where is the logic? You should check whether it has any derivatives of sls in that shampoo including sodium laureth sulphate, sodium laureth-3 sulphate, and DEA or TEA sodium lauryl sulphate.
This sounds like a great product and I want to try it. I found a lot of great product suggestions and hair care tips on The Long Hair Community forum. You don't have to have long hair to join and if you do join, you'd be glad you did.
I have tried the ylang ylang glistening shampoo which is not bad but it does kind of dry my hair out too . I would like to try this out too . I use more conditioners then shampoos since I have curl hair .
Look Up Salon Naturals.

sls and coconut...hmmm... where is the logic? You should check whether it has any derivatives of sls in that shampoo including sodium laureth sulphate, sodium laureth-3 sulphate, and DEA or TEA sodium lauryl sulphate.

This sounds like a great product and I want to try it. I found a lot of great product suggestions and hair care tips on The Long Hair Community forum. You don't have to have long hair to join and if you do join, you'd be glad you did.

I actually have tried one of their conditioners and it didn't do anything for me. Are there any particular ones you like?

I have tried the ylang ylang glistening shampoo which is not bad but it does kind of dry my hair out too . I would like to try this out too . I use more conditioners then shampoos since I have curl hair .
