Cool video! I live within about 10 miles of Grafton (within biking distance, barely) but I've never railfanned there...just at Worcester. It's about the same variety of trains, except there's also the occasional switcher, plus there's the CSX branch to Barber where Pan Am crews take the train to Ayer, and the Providence & Worcester line to Gardener.

You're right, that crossing gate doesn't sound to good. Sounds like it needs a little WD40 or for some gears to be replaced.

Because the bell is a Speaker and Not a Hammer Hitting Metal, and The Mechanical bell Almost Sings When it Shuts off.
