This is a fantastic program!!!!! I am losing about a pound per week, using this 3x's a week for 30 minutes each time. NO change in my diet. I have been using the resistance band portion of the program 2x's per week. I have noticed a big difference in my stamina and I have lost a few inches overall. Great program.

I'm just wondering...I have really fat thighs...does the leg strap fit alot of sizes?? My thighs fit in a size 16 jeans so that's my measurements I guess but please help by telling me if the leg strap would fit...thanks a bunch.

it should, i am a big guy who has a size 40 waist and the leg strap just fits. The good thing is it comes with a velcro extender in case you need it. (I did!) But, if its still a little too small you can go to any hardware store a pick a velcro strap. I think GameStop is also selling an extender as well as stronger resistance bands! GOOD LUCK!!

I bought this Friday. I LOVE IT! I have been using Wii Fit for awhile, and this is a great companion to the Fit Board, and it is really challanging. I did the medium intensity workout today (my second of the 30 day challenge) and it was really tough, and really rewarding. Two thumbs up!
