We think she was just afraid of the boat. It was the first time she had seen one at Gooseberry and she's very sensitive and aware of her environments. I'm so sorry to have upset you with the photos. We've been up there quite frequently since the storm and it looking so much better. Part of the road still needs to be repaired, but everything has gone back to normal for the most part.

Was something in that boat that upset your dog? I have vacationed there almost every summer in one of the houses you picture at 4:43 and 4:56 on this video. I wanted to go see what damage Irene had done to further the erosion of the property but I haven't had time. Now I am even more concerned. Your video has saved me from crying in public. E.Beach Road really was hit hard. Thank you for posting this.
