My strategy is to get the lead pipe. Every time you see TK jump down start pulling the crank. Run over and get orange juice when needed. If trapped in the fireworks thing find something and throw it at TK. My first time trying him when I did this I beat him.

Try Painkiller.... First try I own that Bitch and he only took 4 Bars of HP from me o.o

Some Advice to people that Can't beat this: Right off the bat, Go and grab the Pipe + Wrench and the Orange Juice Then just focus on TK. When he does his Run thing, You have enough time to use your right Palm of your Hand to Spin the joystick if your Left thumb isn't fast enough. Don't bother with the Lever, it's only there to distract you, Theirs more than enough time to Kill him.

@jigsaw5597 Nope, This is the Extended ending Aka. Overtime; You get it by giving TK the Zombrex after he gets bitten. Personally I wish I wouldn't have given it to him since I keep getting my ass kicked on this part. Lol

Do you know how long painkiller lasts? I am having trouble with TK in Off the Record. Only problem is in OTR you have to do a arena battle fighting zombies first before you fight TK. I dunno if itd wear off before I got to him.

@SubjectXer0 It will wear off before you get to him, I think maybe Capcom added that survival part to stop people from doing this, All I can say is try and collect as much food in the survival as possible as you will keep it when you fight him, That's what I did but it was still a tough battle. @SubjectXer0 I wouldn't bother with the painkiller. Just when the arena fight starts just grab all the food items and there will be a folding chair and a baseball bat. Grab those, and just run around and turn on the grinders and wait 5 minutes and the TK fight will happen.

the big point of this video seems to be take the painkiller before walking in. I was getting my ass kicked every time, first try using pain killer first i beat him. Just whip his ass until pain killer goes away. grab orange juice and keep going at him. hit him 2-3 times then roll away.

I just beat him with my own strategy, you have to get about 2 or 3 objects like the flashlight, red wrench and drill and hit him with them every so often and keep circling the square thing then just keep throwing your weapons at him and picking them back up and he should go down after about 3-5 minutes

It's difficult to evade, but if you keep the big pillar thingy in between you and him at all times (obviously except for when you're beating his ungrateful skull in with your weapon of choice), then he will run into the pillar and leave himself wide open for attack.
