I'm gettin better with my enema bag. I'm using a 2 quart red rubber bag every other day now and I just ordered a 4 quart bag which will be here in about a week. Not sure I can take that much water, but I have a retention balloon nozzle to help me.

I just leave my enema bag hanging in the shower. There's no need to take it down since I use it so much!

there are some sellers online who sell special enema coffee, it's a lighter roast and finer grind has different beans than for drinking. Kefir is good after this.

k, i finally DID it because your video took some of the misperceived grossness out of it. my big fear was not being able to hold it, but i did for 15 min approx...i have same setup as you, put the stainless steel enema cup on top of an inverted laundry basket, which raised it to about 2 feet. then i filled up bathtub with warmish water and got in. everything worked just as you describe and instead of feeling gross, i feel very clean. i used about 1/4 gallon, a little spilled into bathtub...

Better to replant the colon directly with a rejuvalac enema(made from sprouted wheatberries), acidopholus enema or urine enema. By doing healthy enema implants you can reseed the colon with healthy friendly bacteria.

I would, the liver just like your car needs oil changes or it will not work well. No matter how clean your diet is a yearly or bi yearly liver flush will greatly help the liver and gall bladder.

There is a valve on the bad so you stop stop the flow of liquid at any time. I use the bulbs as well, you just have to stick it in and out more since they can only take a small amount of liquid.

great video man, I do coffee enemas like atleast once a week. You may want to explain, if useing the squeez bulb, to make sure there is NO air in the bulb at all and to make sure it is filled to the VERY top of the white spout before inserting. AIr inside the colon isnt fun at all. Also it reall y helps when you have taking in the coffee, lay down on a comfortable surface on your RIGHT side with kness up towards your chest, fetal position. This allows the coffee to flow easier into bowl.

That thing around my stomach is a castor oil pack/compress. I explain how to make them in another one of my videos. Castor packs are used to soften and break of stones as well as stimulate the liver to go into detox mode.

Parasites hid out in many places in the body. I don't believe garlic enema's will kill many of the parasites in your body. Just the ones in your colon. If you decide to do a parasite cleanse you should consider doing it for 100 days. Parasites are always laying eggs which can survive a 30 day parasite cleanse easily. Try paragone or or the classic wormwood, cloves and black walnut tincture. You might also want to consider the parasite zapper by Hulda Clark.

@LiverFlushMan Yea , ive done black walnut , it is so gross! I think if you have a juicer and you juice a couple cloves of garlic every day , it works . That way it passes through the whole digestive system. It also tastes horrible but can be covered up by apples , carrots and ginger. The zapper is complete bullshit man. It is New Age crap that insults science , alternative medicine , and general common sense .Rather drink the gross black walnut.

@MissREALness I don't believe enemas will cause a sluggish intestinal track because it does not cause the contraction of the intestines (peristalsis). Herbs and other intestinal contractors can cause that.

Yes there is some benefits of weight loss with the coffee enema. The coffee enema detox's the liver a lot. Because the liver is the main way fat and cholesterol leave the body the effects of the coffee enema on detoxing the liver has weight loss properties. Other ways to loss weight are the master cleanse and the liver flush as well as a mostly raw food diet. Hope this helps.

Every person has a different body with different responses to the coffee enema. There is no way of knowing how much weight you will or will not lose.
