These are my thoughts on the realistic Batman films and where I would like to see it go in the future. The main antagonist in Batman should be the Riddler, and as a side villain have black mask. Make the ending epic and have it conclude Nolan's trilogy but at the same time leave it open so there is room for other Batman films in the same universe. Years down the line (like 10-15) find a new director that wants to pick up with the same realistic Batman universe, and just continue the story...
... I would like to see an older Bruce Wayne still played by Christian Bale, of course Bale will look older and fit the role. as well as a return of the Joker. I don't think the Riddler should be villain for the next movie. To me it seems like his character archetype is to close to the Joker's to make the movie seem original in it's own right. I think if we look back at the older movies, we can find great villains who would do the movie franchise justice. Such examples: Poison Ivy, Bane, Mr. Freeze, etc. And what about Catwoman? And also maybe even Harley Quinn could take on a role as a minor villain in a Batman movie.

Someone on another vid made a good assumption that if Nolan adds the Riddler, it could be Mr. Coleman Reese who worked for Bruce Wayne and was about to tell all that Wayne was Batman. If you take Mr. Reese, mentally can be twisted Mr. Reese = mysteries. Like in Batman Forever where Edward Nygma = Enygma. Since Reese knows Batman's indentity, he could torture Bats/Wayne with riddles and such threatning to tell his secret.

Penguin, Catwoman, Talia Al Guhl, Black Mask, and Harley Quinn are just possibilities. :) my pick would be Riddler and Harley Quinn, they could have her be drivin crazy by the Joker in Arkham and she could kill him, they wouldn't have to recast Heath's role, and Harley could be like a Joker copy cat trying to finish what he started!

I don't think the Riddler should be villain for the next movie. To me it seems like his character archetype is to close to the Joker's to make the movie seem original in it's own right. I think if we look back at the older movies, we can find great villains who would do the movie franchise justice. Such examples: Poison Ivy, Bane, Mr. Freeze, etc. And what about Catwoman? And also maybe even Harley Quinn could take on a role as a minor villain in a Batman movie.

Shit, I just read Batman Hush, the riddler is the most badass villain in the series, but the developers will find a way to fuck him up one way or another (ie. casting Johnny Depp or Carrey to play the role).

I would like to see Taylor Daniel Lautner as a gay version of Catwoman. He is an martial artist, so he could do lots of combat-action. He is also a good actor an pretty cute. Someone on another vid made a good assumption that if Nolan adds the Riddler, it could be Mr. Coleman Reese who worked for Bruce Wayne and was about to tell all that Wayne was Batman. If you take Mr. Reese, mentally can be twisted Mr. Reese = mysteries. Like in Batman Forever where Edward Nygma = Enygma. Since Reese knows Batman's indentity, he could torture Bats/Wayne with riddles and such threatning to tell his secret.

@aw3sumo13 there is no title and the Riddler is the only confirmed villain. Penguin, Catwoman, Talia Al Guhl, Black Mask, and Harley Quinn are just possibilities. :) my pick would be Riddler and Harley Quinn, they could have her be drivin crazy by the Joker in Arkham and she could kill him, they wouldn't have to recast Heath's role, and Harley could be like a Joker copy cat trying to finish what he started!

Ummm...no disrespect to Carrey fans but he should stay away from the Riddler, the character is calm, intelligent, and dangerous.
