i think that metallica fans need to get over their goddamn narrow minded-ness and stop acting like anything but metallica and death metal sucks. just because HIM isn't exactly the same genre as metallica, doesn't mean they deserve to be booed of stage. i love HIM, i mean i really think that band as a whole is the best band in the fucking world, and they didn't deserve that at all. not one bit. and it is pure heartbreaking to see how they got booed.

Oh man, just listen to HIM's old demo tapes and you'll get some sheer taste of what pure rock and metal is like, their songs used to be just so full of these foreboding Lovecraftian lyrics in the early days, very Cradle of filth-like. In my regard, both bands' music is priceless, I don't see any reason to boo any of the two given the facts that both are so extremely original and straightforward at what they do. So far, they're the best bands my brain could have gotten hooked up with.

The fact that Him was warm up for metallica kinda shocked me..
