Actually RSFanDomo is correct, this was Iron Sheik's theme 1st. Then it was used for The Sultan (one of Rikishi's many early gimmicks) because Iron Sheik accompanied Sultan to the ring. That was in 1996-1997. Tiger Ali Singh began using this theme in 1998.

I thought Indians were fragile and weak also before i actually traveled there, and i was shocked. When i went to Coimbatore, and Bangalore, i stopped by some village areas and also cities, and saw guys(i kid you not) with at least 20 inch arms, 6'3 to 6'6 with abs, and looked at me like they were gonna kick my ass and better look the other way.
