I used to love the Simply Mad About the Mouse musicals, I used to watch them all the time as a child. . .Then my dad recorded a basketball game over it and then after all that lost the tape. I have to say I still haven't forgiven him for that.

This is the only song and video from the Simply Mad Collection that is genuinely good and not laughable in the negative sense. The jazz arrangement is super slick and intentionally funny, and the video compliments it with some inspired use of the steadicam. The choreography is exceptional.

It is especially refreshing that unlike the other Simply Mad promos, Bare Neccessities isn't dependent on cheesy looking video effects either.
