Other times, the segment will be filmed on a closed set, and intergrated into the episode during editing. Also, some actresses will wear pasties to cover the majority of her breast, or at least her nipples. In this case, I would go with the second option as there were no howls of approval from the male members of the audience when Penny drops the towel.
