  • I am lost with this video.  How does the dirty water that your scrubbing into the carpet get extracted?

    The encap fluid acts as a polymer and all and takes the dirt and encapsulates it.

    The encap fluid then hardens and dries. Normal vacuuming will then take all the soil right out.
