There are some great artists who talk of how good Lady Gaga is and her sense of humour. But if you just consider her music, I don't think Lady Gaga's songs have any substance. It is more about the image. Also, her song 'Born this way' is a copy of Madonna's song called 'Express Yourself'.

I agree with Madonna about Lady Gaga's early career and image. She had that same element that made Madonna fans fall in love with Madonna. I remember seeing Gaga for the first time and I absolutely LOVED her. Her first album is a great pop record, Including the Fame Monster. But now she has this great marketing team and record label which completely manipulated the situation. It so blantantly contributed that she has somewhat lost her element and everything now is to try and solidify an image
