But when u think of it, Michael never intended for this footage to be released to the public. I think he was saving his moomwalk energy for his fans. This can't be a body double. The timing, the isolation, the intricacies of the hand movements, the way the beats of the drum seem to originate within the dancer's body - that is unquestionably the King of Pop. He may have dialed down the acrobatic aspect of his performances in his later years (or maybe he just takes it a little easy during rehearsal), but no one can imitate the sheer quality of his dancing.

I will respect MJ as a person and performer till I'm gone myself. But I find This part at least, of This Is It, painful to watch. It shows how torn up and worn up his body was after enduring so much. Maybe he did enjoy the stage, but if you look at him here he just didn't have it anymore. Yes, I understand, he was a middle-aged man suffering from a drug addiction and that he hadn't performed for years, but...he just lost it somewhere. His body was quitting on him, and fast.
