  • Hi! can someone tell me if he directly connected the amp to the Interface? cause it sounds great!

  • what kind of speaker is that???

  • what model is the marshall/?

  • IT is the best companion to a Tele

  • Anyone use the combo version? I'm planning on getting my first valve amp and on paper it seems to be what I'm looking for.

  • Man, throw this tele in a trash and buy a Les Pau, for the style of your music a LP would fit u way way better, otherwise this amp doesnt sound good with tele, at least a strat. Don't know why but i hate telecasters hehehee... Keep Rocking!!!

  • These amps really hit home in a lot of ways without getting into much specifics of high end gain heads or vintage gear. I think this amp is a great go to amp which would satisfy the classic rocker or someone who was after a fat tube overdrive tone no pedals.I though clean it had a wholesome thick useful sound maybe not so jangly as a fender but it was a good sound. Some of the mid distortion sounds are interesting. I would maybe eq it or had the occasional pedal here and there for color.

  • Thanks...that thing sounds amazing really....I've been checking our amps her ein Finland...trued the peavey classic 30 which was great but didn't get a lot of top or bottom end...the vox ones are nice also...blackstar combos were nice but sounded different in the shops compared to all the reviews here, think they NEED to be cranked up before they sound amazing...and now this orange...amazing...

  • @Engenheiro5 concordo.

  • you should name your guitar Twangy :)

  • @goldphishie I'm pretty sure no one is gonna take guitar naming advice from someone with such a horrid username as "goldphishie" ;D

  • you got master of puppets & enter sandman totally wrong....the rest is alright

  • what guitar is that and what pickups are that

  • @Taygoo15 just looks like a standard Telecaster with stock pickups, when i went to the guitar shop the other day i had a go of one that looked identical but the one i used had a button on the volume control, so im not sure which one it is

  • @Taygoo15 iit says at the end

  • @Taygoo15 Actually, its the baja telecaster, with Fender Custom shop pickups, twisted tele neck and broadcaster bridge pickups. Probably the best guitar Fender mexi makes.

  • You've put a big smile on my face Mike! Your demo really exemplifies what guitar palying should be all about ........ FUN!!!! Great demo dude! :-)

  • thanks 4 this video)

  • What song is that at 2:45 ?

  • What an interesting setup, it does the job and sounds amazing. What else can a musician want? Thanks for showing us your setup man :-D

  • This amp is begging for humbuckers

  • dude cool demo i like the amp but please dont atempt to play mettalica on a tele cuz its a total digrace to metal

  • @LunchboxJuggalo217 say that to maybe slipknot? i think they're a metal band too...Jim Root uses one with EMG pickups installed...

  • @philotze Actually, metal is a discrace to music.

  • @nicero870 I do agree

  • @philotze slipknot is just simply shit thats the only genre id put them into.

  • @LunchboxJuggalo217 I've seen kirk use a tele before. Check out his wavecaster.

  • fail

  • Is this a mono or a stereo cab?

  • @ArthursChannel how is a one speaker cab going to be stereo?

  • I love this guy's reviews!!! We have very similar playing styles (hard strumming power chords) & I use Tele's exclusively.

  • That's ok, you dont need to be ashamed of the fact that you like Green Day =)

  • that's a crappy a guitar cab.

  • what song is it at 4:56 :) ?

  • @kevin2815 Basketcase by Green Day

  • Play Rough Boys! This amp really seems to bring out the Tele's trebley rock sound.........I likey. Your a funny dude. Fun demo.

  • what cabinet is that, my friend?

  • thanks for the clean demo!

  • glad there is a demo with the clean sound.

  • how is the tiny terror equalized if there are no eq controls?

  • to run a tiny terror though a 4x12... would you need two speaker leads to go through inputs in the back of the speaker cab for it to run at max noise? someone help me... i have a fender telecaster highway one, tiny terror and an orange 4x12 cab haha hotcake, two dealys and regenerator and a supershitfer... i want max tone out of it

  • nope you wouldn't need to leads the secondary input on the cabs is for another cab if you want to run your head through multiple cabs you can also run 2 heads through the cab at once with these 2 inputs for a very strange tone like a clean cranked amp and a distorted amp running through one cab for an excellent tone... hope i helped

  • funny with the pissy little speaker

  • i love chappers, don't get me wrong, but i think its better to hear what an amp really sounds like with what an ordinary, *but still great guitarist) not f*cking shredding, cheers dude, ive subbed :)

  • Cheers dude, im getting this guitar and amp. What cab are u using?

  • could you use a 4`12 with this

  • yes

  • i want a tiny terror so bad. but theyre so expensive. i may just get an orang crush combo: /

  • expensive? this head isn't expensive at all...

  • For an amp, this is extremely affordable compared to many other amps. Want to see an expensive amp? Look at Soldano, Diezel, and the more expensive Orange heads. This amp is really really affordable in comparison, and for the price this amp is incredible.

  • I really like the clean sounds... nice an vintagey sounding. What kind of speaker do ya got in the marshall cab?

  • 5:37 the palm mute of this guy is one of the worst I have heard in my life. very bad.

  • Ever played Enter Sandman on a Telecaster, recording direct with a 15 watt amp head lol?

  • i'd get this guitar but with same pickups in a stacked version so no hum!

  • That's why I love these demos...

made by a regular guitar player (like 99 per cent of youtube viewers) , not a shredding !@#cker....

    AND not playing overly-distorted

    AND well recorded.

    Way to go, Mike.

  • Very transparent overdrive, lovely!

  • nice sounds and well played until...

metal + telecaster = nah.... nope

  • with some hot pickups of course you can...

  • I haven't played or listened to many telecastres, but my impression so far is that they doesn't produce a very thick sound. To get that you need a good humbucker I guess.

  • some tele's have humbuckers. you can put basically anything you want in a guitar. jim root plays a tele with active pups

  • ok i was wrong, but to my defense I say that most teles don't have humbuckers

  • true, most have single coils. i know alot of people do chicken pickin with them! lol

  • Standard (regular) Tele's like 99,9% of the Tele's out there, shouldn't be used for Metal. That's what he was saying.

  • True. Whether you put vintage underwounds on it, or active EMGs. A tele is a thin lightweight piece of alder or swamp ash, and high output pickups will make it louder, but it will still just be a loud alder twang. For metal, a mahogany body with high output buckers is king. Personally, I love my tele-parts-caster. I use underwound single coils, and with a high gain amp, it gets a really sweet overdrive sound without losing definition. But then again, I'm a punker at heart!

  • yeah, i was just giving him a hard time :)

  • people if you finnish watching the video you can see what he used

  • has anyone ever put this through a Blackheart cab?

  • I'm planning to do that! have you ever did that?

  • no

I was wondering how it sounded

I wanted to buy the amp and I didn't have a cab, and the blackheart's pretty cheap

but I ended up buying a new drum set instead

    haha

    maybe next summer

  • great video.. people should watch the rest so they dont ask what your using...keap posting more video"s...

  • what cab is he using?

  • beatiful sound

  • i'm french but il gonna try to talk in english!

your "cab" was an amp n the beginning, isnt it ?

And if yes, was it a Marshall LEAD 12 ?

  • does it have an effects loop input?

  • Comment removed

  • nope

  • nice telecaster!

  • the tiny terror to me doesnt appear to be really adjustable. would it be okay sounding if i pumped it through all 5 of my pedals? and my 4 channel mixer.

  • I think it would become very versatile with a boost and an equalizer ;)

  • i hate them personally, but these amps take pedals VERY well.

  • what type of speaker is in the cab?

  • what is the name of the song/riff that starts att 2:42

  • is that a marshall micro-stack cabinet or something else?

  • This is the set up of my dreams.

    I have small dreams.

Man, i can't stand that first song. only because when you started playing it i just went "do do do do do do do-do"

  • you sir, fail at life

  • hey can you make a video on how to make a combo into a cab? i have no idea where to begin

  • What is the riff of Led zepplin?

  • Whole Lotta Love is the song by Zepplin

  • what telecaster is that?

  • It's a fender baja telecaster!

  • good job man

  • Does anyone know how this amp compares with the Marshall DSL 401 in terms on volume?

Also, anyone know which would be better for music that sounds like paramore, jimmy eat world, brand new, funeral for a friend, flyleaf etc?

  • i can't possibly think that the Marshall can be better than the TT (over all), even though I haven't heard the Marshall.

The TT is extremely loud even at 7 watts. (you can gig with 7 watts)

Though you can't drown your whole band with the TT if you only have a 1x12 cab, but hey.. Why would you have to drown your band?

    I recommend this little devil

  • The TT overall sounds better in my opinion. The Marshall still sounds OK but its a bit more expensive.

However, the marshall is louder, it also has three channels that can be switched via the footswitch that comes with it. The TT has only one channel so you're not going to be able to switch from clean to dirty as easy.

I'd still recommend the TT as it sounds better

  • uh buy a marshall non tube amp because modern music sucks

  • Does anybody here know if It is possible to run the tiny terror through two of Orange's 2x12 cabs?

  • Sorry, I meant 1x12 cabs

  • no you can't run it through 2 of Orange's 1x12 cabs since they have a resistance of 16 ohm. and the tiny terror has only one 16 ohm output.

i there are some 1x12 cabs that have a resistance of 8 ohms. so in this case it should be possible since the TT have two 8 ohms output.

    cheers

  • Thanks a lot man.

  • Actually this is wrong. You can only use 2 cabinets if they are 16 ohms each. 16 // 16 = 8 ohms. You plug one into each of teh 8 ohm outputs which are in parallel.

  • Whole lotta love wasnt played bad all. Different, a lil, but not bad at all sir.

  • do the tubes die quick?

  • I have had my TT for almost a year...I only use it for bedroom practice, but the tubes are working perfect still.

  • Hey, could someone tell me some of the songs he's playing? I would like to know the what the first three riffs are. If anyone could tell me I'd be very grateful. Ace demo btw, ive watched it like five times through at least :D

  • so this wud sound just as good as something like a 40watt marshall all valve amp when a distortion pedal is run thru it?

  • With the dist pedal itll probably sound pretty similar. Little differences though the 40/50 is gonna have el34 tubes whilw the TT has el84. The downside is that distortion pedals have a way of making many amps sound indistinct. i guess it depends on how much gain you use

  • great sound and playing. so is that head all tube/valve or what? if you said in the video, sorry for being a dumbass for ignoring it.

  • My understanding is that it's all tube.

  • its a all valve class "A"

  • third eye blind LOL

  • i want to do anal with this man.

  • Man I want a tiny terror!

  • he's playing it on a telecaster..what do you expect?

  • foolish dildo, you clearly don't know anything about guitars, or anything guitar related for that matter. first of all, he's not using very much gain, and like previously stated, he's using a telecaster which isn't the best metal guitar around. just because he cares about good tone and doesn't use 10 tons of gain, like i'm sure you do through your shitty ibanez. you do realize that a cocky guitarist is never a good guitarist, people will just think you're a douche, which i know i do.

  • jim root plays fucking metal on a tele

  • ...yeah, maeby because he has humbuckers in his instead of the standard single coils which are the main reason the tele doesn't make a good metal guitar, unless equiped with humbuckers.

  • Yeah and look at it - fugly! PMSL...

  • he also uses active pickups.

  • OH LAWDY MIEK, YOU NEEDS A TRIPOD.

  • so is your family and face

  • Can I ask you one question? How does it sounds on clean tones in band situations? Does it suits indie rock chords well? Isn't it too much distorted? Thanks, I liked your rithmic style, keep rocking!

  • Cool - I'm thinking of getting one of these amps myself.

What's the volume like on it? can you get a decent sound at "bedroom" levels? I'm looking at gettiong one with a 1 x 12 speaker cab.

  • Not bad on the clean stuff at all. But I dont know about that crunchy stuff ;) Great demo bro!!

  • What are you plugging the mic into? I can never get my sm57 to record that well. Maybe it's the room I'm using, who knows. Nice amp, by the way. Sweet Orange sounds.

  • eq eq eq!!!!

  • Good stuff man! :-)

  • Nice demo man

  • its about time you made a demo of this.

  • You just had to break out the third eye blind didn't you?

  • nice demo. Can I make my cube-15 cabinet as well?

  • [speechless]

  • first veiw (:

    pretty cool (:
