Stand in any city in America and judge its retail by only moving about 5 feet and you will come up with the same video/different city. There is way more to Mpls than this video portrays.
@philaracross I'm from Austin/San Francisco. I know what you mean. I've heard so many great things about Minneapolis and this is the last thing I wanted to see. There are sections of Austin and San Francisco that looks just like this. this video is a huge thumbs down.
