  • Revisa los matices y rubatos

  • Very good

    Im just learning this piece

    Any advice?

Also how long have you been playing for?

  • Wow. This must be one of (if not THE) best renditions of this piece I have heard yet. The fact that you "found it in one of your dusty piano books and whipped it out" simply sickens me. I spent several months working on this piece to only be able to play it half as well. Bravo my friend. You should be proud. Any suggestions for me? See my video on my page.

  • can anyone tell what is the tempo of this piece?

  • I believe I watched this vid. about 10 times now...lol...you're amazing!

  • @missjenchen7 thank you! Right back at cha :)

  • Great work...

  • you are just so amazing i can't get over it. i've worked on this song for 2 months and can still only play is half as well as you do.

  • Hello i like your playing..

What do you think about mine?

  • i will play this song in one moment of my life, i believe it.

see ya , nice to meet you,

  • Thank you for this outstanding performance. Yours is perhaps the most expressive and personal performances of this piece that I've heard. It sets the standard on this piece for me...if I can eventually play it as well as you, I'll be delighted!

    Thanks again...

  • does anyone know the name of the thema tune to the pianist, it has a really mellow sound to it, soz but im not a pianist so i dont know the names of the techniques used but it has that sad tune played on the high notes, its not this one by the way

  • Nicely played, can you publish a how to play? I am currently learning this piece and I have a little bit of difficulty with the scale parts, do you have any tips?

10/10 mate :P I loved your playing and technique, how long have you played for? I've only played around 6 years or so :)

Awsome work man, almost cried when I heared it, seriously :)

  • hey buddy, sorry for the incredibly late response haha.

i don't really have time to post a tutorial right now, but i will give you a tip w/ the scales, though it may sound obvious.

just play the right hand only, going very slowly, working on finger dexterity and strength, and practice them again and again! the more you do it the more smooth it will be and eventually you can match it up w/ the easy left hand part.

  • Hi there, all you gotta do is put the camera at a birds eye view and play slowly - and you got a tutorial! =D

You're playing was awesome, im learning it currently

  • stunning rendition, well done

  • thanks. i don't think i've ever gotten a compliment that..... articulate before haha. marvelous comment. bravo :P

  • yeah the scales at the end areeee really hard. i dunno i wouldn't be able to post a tutorial cus i sorta just practiced it over and over again and put the two hands together. just tried to feel it until i got it.

  • you are so hot.

    <3

  • wow, you have an amazing talent. im gonna try to learn that song now =D

  • your really amazing...wow..

  • wow!i'm really impressed!

    nicely played!

could you please send me the music sheets?please...;)thanks!.

  • Would be great if someone makes a howto/tutorial

    gr

  • amazing i love how you play you put alot of emotion into it GREAT JOB!

  • simply beautiful. good touch. you don't play, it's more of a caress

  • Excellent- the only thing I would say is the end is too fast, from about 3:15 on and especially the very end.

  • the song is supposed to sound like that. it's supposed to be fast at the end.

  • amazing

  • OMG the first time i can't keep my tears... it was so so so amazing... thaks so much !!!

  • no, thank you for your kind words! they make me smile =)

  • very nice

  • beautiful playing<3

i think it would have been better if you slowed down the beginning a bit, but it was beautiful!

  • It's really good!

    Keep it up!

  • nice!but the left hand is a bit louad !and if you fill it eith a bit more imagination and make it a bit more emotional it would be perfetct!!good luck!

  • really one of the best versions of this song i've listened to. thank you so much for sharing with me

  • thanks!

  • Oh i see, very cool bro. I've been playing for 10 years and i was thinking about playing this song. You make it sound very good.

  • thank you!!!

  • Wow very nice, i was impressed. This is probably the only good teen piano video here on youtube that is any good. Keep it up bro your really good. How long have you been playing?

  • thanks man, i've been playing on and off since i was like 8 maybe.

  • I think you've played better then anyone esle on youtube. Its true! More emotional and beautiful!

  • thank you. compliments are always nice :)

  • your performance is very beautiful;you have such a strong emotion that it's actually papalble. i'm actually working on this song and i'm definitely praticing the right hand furiously so i can match your playing ^_^

  • it is like the orginal song congrulations. i wish i were a pianist like you.i loved it

  • danng thats awesome! i'm learning the piece and i can play it all except most of the runs! I can't get the notes to match up right, any suggestions or helpful hints?

    you play beautifully.

    allie

  • hey thanks! um... for the runs... just practice them slowly and maybe change the pattern of the run and length of each note and go up and down w/ different rythyms and stuff, just w/ the right hand until you got it down, so you can work up finger strength. then matching it up should be easy :)

  • I really wna learn how to play that!!! u played it well! where did u get the score? w.b x

  • i have it in one of my books. try looking for it online, or just go to any music store, i'm sure they'll have it.

  • Simply Amazing... . Five stars!°

  • hey do you have the sheet music for this piece? and if you do, would it in any way be possible if you could fax it to me? i've been going crazy searching for it everywhere but i cant get a hold of it. its such a beautiful piece, and i would love to play it.

  • i have it in one of my books, i don't have a scannner so i can't sent it to you, sorry!

i'm sure any old musicwstore would have this piece

  • ok thank you anyway. i guess i just gotta check out other stores

  • well played. I highly suggest taking a look at the version transcribed directly from Chopin's original draft. It uses some interesting poly-rhythm at the bar that falls on (01:15/03:38) in your recording. 3/4 over 4/4 I believe. Makes this part of the song sound much more interesting and smooth. I personally don't care much for this transcription

I thought your interpretation of the piece was wonderful though. Excellent work

  • wow that's really beautiful. chopin is my favorite composer. i wish i could play like you. how long have you been playing?

  • i've been playing on and off for about 8 years.

  • i just watched this movie last night! great playing

  • you're always a please to watch and listen to!

  • Bravo! Bravisimo! I just love this song.

  • not a song... a piece

  • lovely..

  • Is it by Chopin? Anyway, it was a pleasure to watch this...Very heartfelt

  • yes this song is by chopin... he's down
