Watchmen is like the darker, more realistic, Batman. But they are both my favorites!

But I hate how people compare Batman's psyche to Rorshachs. They both had ugly pasts, but Rorshach kills the villains, not just throws them in jail! And he's crazier. He wanted to die... Batman didn't go that far.

And I have to say, Rorshach's a survivor! The point is moot when asking who'd beat who, because they have different authors who didn't intend for them to die by fight... and Batman has gadgets.

Are you fucking joking? Before the 80s, Batman was a hardboiled bad ass written by Dennis O'Neal and Neal Adams...Rorschach was physically based on the Question but his psychosis and demeanor is an over-exaggeration of the 70s Batman.

Or did you forget that in between the Adam West show and the 80s there was...oh I don't know...an entire decade of hard edged Batman comics!?

Yeah, a lot of people say Rorschach is based on batman... but i don't think that anymore. I mean... think about it. Remember how batman was before the 80s? "To the batmobile, boy wonder!" Whose Line was right to put in a scene about batman coming out of the closet.

Ever since the 80s, Batman started to look like Nite Owl and act like Rorschach. I'd say, Rorschach would destry batman...but only because of the copy cat thing.
