oh man, I could not hear anything but I thought if I watch the video, I could figure out how to make a custom scrollbar. but this is not about creating scrollbars its about creating a scrollable textbox!

Hello, I'm using CS4 and it still persists at making all the content push everything around and never make that damn scrollbar appear, I've done it as everyone has said online yet it refuses to work

Thanks for the upload, a very help full tutorial. you can also use this with layers in design mode. for those who want to move the div around.
