It's not in the genes, ScientificEye. What happens is that some folks had more time to adapt to an industrialized society. That means to provide education to the youngs up to the age of 22-23 (at least) so they will work with many things that has little to do with the production of the basic goods. Or, if they work in the production of basic goods, it is with modern technology. That means training and a fraction of the work force that was need before.
