  • One little thingy to the comment posters, obviously you guys need to learn a lot before you are able to achieve something like this. This guy I'm pretty sure know a lot about training, eating, and most of all have amazing discipline. Why don't you concentrate on that rather then accuse him using steroids.

  • Damn...I was afraid you would say cardio twice daily. What settings do you use on what machines? Or do you just do calories burned or just target heart rate over certain number of minutes?

    I do around 30min. daily...or at least try for it. Cardio alone total calories around 320-350 depending on the machine. If I feel good, I will do it twice and burn around 500-600 with cardio only. Weights only once a day and of course Wing Chun..which destroys me because of the extreme leg power requirements.

  • @matreyia i hear you on that cardio piece but it's a must to shred up and cut that body fat. if it works for you try. doing cardio before your workout for about 20mins. for about 3 wks and once that gets easy pump that up to 30mins prior to a work out.

    then for 2 a days try 15min in the morning and 15 in the afternoon or before bed and then gradually add to that. you will love doing cardio whenyou start seeing your body transform

  • Just my opinion but I think you looked much better before you started. All that muscle sculpting looks gross, and to top it off you shaved all your body hair like a girl. You look terrible. The pic near the beginning with your hot hairy legs was awesome before they got mackerel white and hairless like a girls legs. You look like Nicole Bass now.

  • That's a very good transformation, congratulations. Also I agree that your bodyfat % is off. It looks like you started around 20% or less and you are by all means less than 10 % now, like 8% maybe. Job well done and thank you for sharing.

  • @pabloco2627 I have a 4 pack, in the mornings 6 pack, no fluids in my body than. Though the weight-machine thing says i still have 16.2% bodyfat, is that possible? Was a cheap thing so might not be working. No obliques visible yet..

  • @Kamkuru1 That sounds wrong Kamkuru1, I don't know what have you been using to measure it. Have someone with experience use the calipers on your skin. The best but of course not the cheapest is the Bod Pod or HYDROSTATIC. That will give you a much more accurate reading. As far as I know you need to be in the range of 12 % to 10 % for your upper abs to start becoming visible. For what I saw on the video it look like 8% to 10% at the most but that is my opinion.   • @pabloco2627 Thansk for your answer. I use a cheap weight scale which has to option to measure fat percentage through electric pulses or something like that. I thought 12% too, shocked when i saw 16.2%. I 'll ask if they have something to measure at my gym. C u around

  • Bf is definitely off. I have been taking careful measurements over time and at 11% (which I currently am) I can see the top half of my abdominal muscles. I will keep at it though, like yourself, until I get down nice and lean (with muscle, of course). Good job! :D

  • No juice? And btw, man, it's not 25% and 13%. Looks more like 17% and 8%.

    Because 10% BF is when you are close to BF when u see your abs, but not enough, and 8% is great abs.

  • @Farve4ever589 because I am pretty experienced, and I know people that use steroids for cutting, to avoid loosing muscles. but they don't use it for bulking. maybe it sounds weird, but it's true. the point is, that steroids that typically used for cutting are pretty safe, I'm talkind about anavar and winstrol depo.AND I just asked him, did he use any roids. I mean, why not?he have a great results.But it's very achievable with no juice for 16 weeks, on juice it's gonna be 6 weeks))

  • @SweeetLoo Actually, he is right on the bodyfat numbers. I'm at 20% bodyfat and my abs are visible if I suck in my stomach and tighten them slightly. Why don't we dispense with the repeating crap you read/heard and deal with people who actually measured themselves.

  • @SweeetLoo You're right - that is nowhere near 25%. 17-18% looks correct to me. Although I am a little dubious about him being as low as 8% post-transformation. It's difficult to call based on flexed pictures alone. I'd guess he is in the 10-11% zone.

  • I am pretty sure you are less than 13% bf, of course it varies from person to person how it looks on everybody, but no way that is 13%, I would say 10 at max.

  • @bim2x4 I used creatine monohydrate, multivitamin, fat burners and green tea extract. I ate 6-7meals a day, trained twice a day.. That is all.

  • I work out for girls and other people that see my body not for myself.. I wouldn't workout if girls weren't impressed with muscly men...

  • @cryonyits07done cheers, my diet was actually similar but just no lay out to it or control. I never weighed my food and I had way too many cheat meals,also I never did any cardio.

  • @guitardave , Iv been on strict diet for almost 2 weeks now doing cardio regularly but tonight I just got so hungry so I let it happend.. Salty fish ..a bowl of rice..vages cooked in vage oil.. I felt so heavy and pissed off that I did not manage to control it! What do you do to motivate your self up again mate? Did I just fucked up all my hard work just for that meal? I feel like I did.

    He's probably leaner than that. He seems pretty vascular with a 6 pack there where he claims to be 13%. I have seen guys measured by professionals at 13% bf and they certainly did not appear as vascular or have that much definition. At 13% your still probably going to have a little bit of flab left on your stomach. Guy in the video is probably closer to the 8-10% range.

  • @Bodybuddha Not really, I always atre healthy, I just enjoyed too many cheat meals and there was no structure to my diet. Plus I dont smoke and Im not really a drinker, I only drink on special occasions, but like you.. I love vodka!! :)

  • @TShirtsNow My first week I lost around 5-7lbs due to water weight from dropping carbs, then averaged around 1-3lbs per week throughout the diet. I got my bodyfat measured every 4 weeks or so, but I was more going by how I looked in the mirror..
