As far as you know it's not possible. Possibility permeates all places and all times. What is not possible now, might have been possible before, or will be possible later. What isn't possible here, might be possible somewhere else. And any combination of those thereof.

And to state that something is not possible, one must know of all of those possibilities. Suffice to say, even collectively, we are far from that point. The only thing we got going is assumptive logic. Not bad, but not 100%.

Many people, for various reasons, are not in a position to grow their own food, ie: unit dwellers, seasonal constraints, physical constraints. In dire times, a front and back yard could well become a food source handy food for peoples other than the owners. How much land is required to grow food per person in a household?.

Love Bob, big fan, but at 13:00 he starts talking about geology. The answer to his question is comment is this:

Haiti is on a transform boundary and Dominican is not. This being said quakes were felt in Dominican.

Blaming the quakes on the US gov is ridiculous. A geologist with 6 months of experience could tell you that Haiti was due for a quake, right about where it hit.

Look this isn't rocket science. The USGS actually gave the Haitians over a year of notice that a 7.0 earthquake would hit.

Then it did. Those are the facts. Just because people don't listen doesn't make it a conspiracy. Mark my words: L.A. will get hit with a 6.3+ earth quake within the next 10 years. 20 tops. I can predict this because it is sitting on top of a transform boundary. Just like Haiti. Btw, I predicted all of the aftershocks. How'd I know? It is in chapter 2: earthquakes.
