  • Up until 95' DeNiro (after that DeNiro just lost it) he reminded me a lot of my old man haha.

  • tom sizemore just hoe'd the fuck out of that trucker without saying a word

  • :25 I look at you. You keep reading. lol Classic

  • I loaned my Heat dvd to a co-worker to watch. She said she'd never really had any interest in movies like this before. Well, her house burnt down. After telling her how sorry I was for her loss and asked her if everyone was ok, my next question puzzled her. I asked her did she include my Heat dvd in her claim? This movie is and always will be a classic.

  • keep pressing 4 and look at the guys eyes hahah

  • 2. 2. 2. 2. 2. 2. 2. 2. 2. 2. 2.

    :D

  • press 2 and 6 lol

  • @Dresden1065 was it simply because waingro killed the guard during the robbery? how exactly did that mess up the crew thats whta i dont understand

  • @ApocalypticRedIX because it went from an armed robbery to three counts of first degree murder because of what he did. And they were not exactly happy with that escalation. They should have shot him dead right there at the truck.

  • the entire cast was amazing in this film

  • @nick5827 what makes de niro better than pacino????

  • @FromSouthforkTexas

what makes kevin gage better than both of them?

  • 0:21 keep pressing it

  • Great scene. According to Michael Mann in the commentary, Tom Sizemore's staredown wasn't originally in th script. The cold look in his eyes expressed lethal potential without saying a word or any kind of histrionics. And that camefrom the work/research that Tom Sizemore did during pre-production. BRILLIANT scene from a BRILLIANT film.

  • @ninous

You should play Hitman Blood Money. The movie has a mission called House of Cards, where you go to a hotel to take out a few targets. Every time I play the mission, I feel like Neil McCauley lol

  • Neil should have escaped with Eady, and wait a couple of years before coming back and going after Waingro. Although it would be a pain in the butt for Neil to find Waingro, Neil is obviously very resourceful and probably would have pulled it off.

  • Greatest action movie period.

  • Doesnt Tom Sixemore look like Eminem when Emeinem gets Older. LOL

  • @espinozafn haha, he does LOL!

  • @usmcjarhead8762 really i didnt know he had the usp..thats my fav gun

  • @usmcjarhead8762 really i didnt know he had the usp..thats my fav gun

  • I love how they reach into their jackets when they see the cops, ready to draw down if necessary.

  • @stableshadow you can try to say they are badass etc etc, but really they are petty thieves, real corporate criminals and politicians get away with 100x worse things, and they never have to deal with guns, or have the risk of being shot at

  • @nick5827 Hello...the guy who made all those Ernest films? Come on. He's up there in the pantheon of greats.

  • Pay up and get rid of that mf right now

  • The DVD director cut kicks fking ass.

  • On weekends he moonlights as a bad ass.

    Then plays blackjack for kicks.

  • hey y does tom sizemore get up 4rm the table then sit back down????

  • Don't fuck with DeNiro! Never ever!! Classic Scene btw

  • you want your pie???

  • Just before Deniro walks in, the camera is positioned outside the diner looking in. You can see the reflection of the Caddillac that Deniro's character drives pulling into a parking spot. Unbelievable detail in this movie.

  • One of the most underrated movies.

  • i love how he says " mutha fuka"

  • Classic!

  • I gotta say..this is one of my favorite performances by De Niro. Great flick!

  • But at the same timeone has to wonder just what Neil's motivation was to go back and kill Waingro. Was he really doing it for his fallen allies, whose families he had know personally? Or was he doing it for himself, for his own pride, because he personally felt wronged and didn't want to let anyone get away with messing with him?

At the same time it was unlucky for Neil that the Hospital Vincent's daughter was at was so close to the airport.

  • Classic scene...he had so, so much anger built up and he just let it all out - he's the best ever

  • I have to agree with Attacia in that is was probably Dinero's last great film. Though to be fair, from a comedic genre, Anaylze This and Meet the Parents came after Heat, and they (not their sequels) were great in their own rite.

Certain directors can pull the best out of an actor. Michael Mann is one of those, along with Scorcese, who can bring the best out of Dinero. Heat was one shot in a million, and Michael Mann hit it on target with both barrels!

  • probably DeNiro's last great film

  • i dont think so man...ronin, the score, the good shepherd, the fan imo are all great too

  • @attacia83 I agree Heat and Casino both released in 95. After that was a bunch of average roles and average movies to me.

  • love the title of this video

    and love this scene !

  • the boss usually doesn't get his hands dirty.

  • I had to get it on.

  • yeah similar suit

  • ok......

  • Yeah i know Neil had all the reasons in the world to wack Waingro and Van Zandt as well but i'm just saying it's sad.Plus,he was really in love with Eady.Anyway,i'm glad the ending was sad. That's what makes this movie so authentic.

  • Is Robert De Niro wearing the same suit Vincent (Tom Cruise) was in Collateral? I know Heat and Collateral had a lot of references to each other, just wondering if that's one of them.

  • Very similar

  • I don't know if it's the same suit, but it does look a lot like. But yeah these two movies have many similarities.

  • Yep.Waingro was almost begging him not to shoot :-))

I really wanted Neil to kill Waingro but at the same time he made the biggest mistake of his life:returning to that hotel instead of just getting out of L.A.:it was also the end for him.

  • Yeah, but you have to remember, Neil was a bad guy too. The only difference between Neil and Waingro was that Neil only killed when he had to, but he still chose a life of crime that resulted in the deaths of a number of police officers.

  • DE NIRO is always a wiseguy ***the only real hollywood gangster actor in the world***i love Robert De Niro the one

  • agreed!!

  • Wrong. Waingro knows he's been figured out as a loser.

I like the look on De Niro's face when he pulls out his piece to blast Waingro: Adrenalin.

  • DeNiro " where's Waingro"?

Vanzant " How the hell should I know....."

DeNiro BANG,BANG,BANG,BANG in the chest with .45 auto.

  • You're so right!I also love the way he wacked Waingro in his hotel room :

"LOOK AT ME!LOOK AT ME!LOOK AT ME!" BANG BANG BANG 3 bullets in the chest.

  • De Niro=macho bad ass.

  • Ironically, letting this guy escape eventually led to their downfall.

  • Can't wait to see Righteous Kill.Looks like a 10/10 movie.

  • I was watching this movie last night on TBS! Pacino and DeNiro killed it in this movie.

  • Tom Sizemore's stare

  • @ricepoper Is fucking golden.

  • @ricepoper

What the f*** are you looking at?

  • I think that was a perfect shot to the stomach, kind of like real boxer do, it reminds me of the times of Deniro in Raging Bull which subsequently according to Michael Mann he had to train hard every day in boxing and physical for the film as well as th rest of the crew.

  • Great scene. I especially love the part where Waingro silently disappears into thin air in a matter of 3 seconds. Very realistic.

  • I never thought it was unrealistic...he had at least 10 seconds in which to make an escape and on top of that, neil was turned away from him to look at the police car. Obviously a lot of luck's involved that they happened not to find him (he can't have gotten far) but i didnt think that the idea of him escaping was impossible.

  • a great scene love his take down outside too, and how the boots/trunk is already lined

  • neil mccauley is da fucken man

  • they planned to kill waingro?? i forgot why except he killed someone during their raid...

  • cause the dude is psycho and executed one of the drivers for no reason, so they had to kill both drivers, was supposed to be no killing

  • Yes, and what was only a robbery is became murder. Therefore another police department, this one who work on homicides, come into the game.

  • i bet waingro was so embarassed there

  • his charcter was smooth

  • one of the favorite characters of all time, but lixe me, could use anger management lessons

    Michael Mann is the Man

  • yeh man the linin in the trunk is cool they are so organised plus deniros take down was ace man.

  • Love Sizemore's staredown

  • i love the bodybag in the trunk

  • if de niro didnt come back to kill this piece of shit, then him and eadie would be lying on a beach in fiji now.

  • Can't believe he didn't have his foot on his throat so that he couldn't get away.

  • Of course, in the real life that's what he would have done, that's one of the few errors of this great movie.

  • Of course, in the real life that's what he would have done, that's one of the few errors of this great movie.

  • and then outwits a cop, bashing him with a torch about 10 secs later. Very watchable. When I grow up I want to be a bank robber.

  • but then youll face al pacino hes worxed all crews

  • that`s true. I`d wait until Pacino was making a new movie and then rob a bank while he was occupied. Just as long as I get to throw a chair through a rich man`s window to get his attention.

  • The best film EVER !

  • funny scene robert de niro and val kilmer are both hot in this movie

  • hot??? psycho
