I agree with googleturf - take it slower, let the effect sink in before you move on.
I also thought that you were just a little too 'tight' and 'heavy' with the cards. Go easy, loose that death grip of yours, let the cards breathe a little more easily.
I liked the performance, but one thing that kind of bothered me was your patter;if you slowed down, and let the performance sink in instead of rushing it, i feel it would have been better. Still, your performance was excellent.
Loved the performance and handeling...If i were you...and this is just a sugestion, I would peak with a torn and restored right after the bend and take a couple "top of the deck appearences" out.
Thanks a great performance. I love Jonathan Kamm's routine as well, and I've adapted mine based on his. I have been thinking it can get too long, and you've found a nice way of shortening it and still making it very impactful. Nice work!
One card out of 52 is not that big of a deal i mean if you think about it a magician useally pays no mre than 4$ for a deck so out of 52 cards that is like 7 cents. Personally i think it is well worth a card being written on, and she gets to keep a souvenir to remember him forever by. I had a girl facebook me from like 8 months ago that i met on an airplane saying that she still has the card that i did this routine with :)
I liked it, just slow down a lil bit and itll be fire!

Yeah i know, I was pretty new to magic back then So i realise how dumb that is lol
I did this and let them keep the card after and they rally do enjoy it more, good trick to leave them with
Also, if u make the card pop up in your wallet, they freak so much :P
