I just watched your video, and this good stuff you got there. I realize that people don't have to suffer with viruses...they can choose to get cured. This site has test rsults of people who have been cured.
I was just checking out your channel and you got great videos. I got a site that may helps people cure herpes naturally! Check it out, they actually have some real documented test results of peoples test that came back negative!
@galleygoddess52 Luckily, in the case of a shellfish allergies, proteins called tropomyosins are the cause of the majority of cases, not an element such as iodine. There are other foods containing less iodine than seaweeds, like radishes, asparagus, carrots, tomatoes, spinach, rhubarb, potatoes, peas, strawberries, mushrooms, lettuce, bananas, cabbage, egg yolk, and onions. A side note, dried beans, especially lentils can reverse DNA damage done by radiation.
@RadicalHealthShow Also, maybe you could self-test for an iodine allergy by applying some iodine tincture topically (NEVER internally its poison if ingested). Ive heard that another way to increase iodine levels is to apply a small patch of iodine tincture to the abdomen. Observing how long it takes to be absorbed shows if you're deficient in this important nutrient. The levels absorbed are much safer than sski tablets (altho you most likely could take those too, I wouldnt recommend it).
@RadicalHealthShow I will post my show notes on the radical health blog. In parts 2 and 3 (which Im filming tonight and tomorrow) I'll discuss the herbs and supplements that can otherwise be helpful for detoxing radiation. Thanks so much for watching galleygoddess52. Let me know how things go and if you have any more questions to share.
@RadicalHealthShow Hello Thanks so much. I have read on the labels of some seaweed packets and they say if allergic to shellfish do not use so I was not sure if it was safe or not. Living in a vrey remote part of Alaska and no raod system I wanted to be sure what my options are for safely treating the contamination that is entering us here in Alaska. Thanks so much. Guess it is a good thing we eat most of these items and grow them in our house. Thanks.
Potassium iodide tablets are worthless unless taken within a specific time period of exposure. In fact, it will not work to build up the product in you system and it will make you sick. RHS unless you are a certified physician you should either learn your biochemistry or stop giving medical advice. You could endanger people. The two common isotopes radiated in this disaster are only harmful for 8 days which is approx. the time it takes to travel from japan to america. If pluto radiates? Hmmm :(
@abortfailure7646 Im providing nutritional advice. I said in the description and comments to viewers that sski is only required (if at all) within 10-20 miles of a nuclear blast. In fact, I strongly recommend people consume foods for protection instead of taking supplements that can be dangerous. We're actually completely in agreement! You're right the half life of iodine 131 is only 8 days, but other radioisotopes are more Strontium-90 and Cesium-137 (30 yrs) or Plutonium-239 (24,300 years)
@RadicalHealthShow We are continually being kept in the dark about exactly what we'll be exposed t. Some say reactor 3 has released (or will release) the more troubling isotopes like Plutonium. Its helpful to include certain herbs and foods in our diets to try to minimize the damage. I dont suggest everyone go out and start popping sski tablets. It could be harmful to some individuals with cardiovascular or thyroid conditions. I appreciate your feedback abortfailure! Tune in to parts 2&3 !
Well ya' did a great job in a short amount of time.
THAT is very helpful, people need to know this stuff.
The list is long but Ginkgo is what Japan used to detox after Hiroshima got unnecessarily blasted. Licorice Root for the liver & Juniper Berry for blood purification. Those MUST be taken in moderation.
Of course our good ol' friend Mr. Cannabis is GREAT for cellular regeneration.
@GnosticNinja Wow thanks so much! And thank you for adding more remedies to the list. I knew of Ginkgo but Licorice and Juniper are new to me! Haha can I ask where you heard of cannabis having these health benefits? I had absolutely no idea! LOL But the media has always told us its terrible for us, so I shouldnt be surprised.... Meanwhile they sell us things like aspartame and hygrogenized fats. What a crazy world we live in. Keep sharing your knowledge Ninja and revisit my channel soon !
hello. if you dont mind answering. i have heard that Kelp (or other seaweed) detoxes radiation only if you consume enough of it and build up Iodine before Iodine from Radiation gets into you. please let me know if seaweek is able to detox it after Radiation has had a chance to get into your system. what i mean is , if it will be as effective. thanks in advance.
@vlindervvv it's ideal to consume it in advance for about 150 micrograms of iodine per day. You require adequate iodine so whenever you're exposed the radioactive type wont be absorbed. Potassium iodide (dosage: 130 mg) is only worth taking within a 10-20 mile proximity to a nuclear disaster, otherwise it's not worth the risk of taking it. Neither seaweeds or SSKI can undo radioactive damage once exposure has occurred...
@vlindervvv Keep an eye on radiation network dot com to see the readings in your area. Consume seaweeds in small doses daily to keep your thyroid protected. Please let me know any other questions that come up for you. And be sure to watch when I post parts 2 and 3 where I'll get into specific foods and herbs that minimize damage from radioactive isotopes even after exposure. Thanks for your feedback and stay well !
@vlindervvv Absolutely, you should eat seaweeds daily (in moderation of course). Kelp is full of minerals and its the best seaweed for iodine. I recommend rotating it with other algaes like dulse, nori, irish moss, chlorella and spirulina for the best detoxing effects. Check out parts 2 and 3 of this series that Im posting this weekend!
KI is the chemical name for Potassium Iodide, or to be more accurate, KI is the molecular formula. SSKI is a saturated solution of Potassium Iodide. When properly made, (anyone can make it if they follow the very simple directions if they have purchased USP or ASC Reagent level crystalline potassium iodide) then one drop would equal between 28 - 36mg of potassium iodide and four drops would about equal one dose for nuclear emergencys. 130mg per day for an adult.
Elemental (free) iodine is poisonous, except in the very small amounts in water disinfected with iodine tablets or a few drops of tincture of iodine. Furthermore, elemental iodine supplied by iodine tablets and released by tincture of iodine dropped into water is not effective as a blocking agent to prevent thyroid damage. If you do not have any potassium iodide, DO NOT TAKE IODINE TABLETS OR TINCTURE OF IODINE.
Nuclear Emergency adult dose 130mg Potassium IODIDE per day. Say your capsules of kelp contain as much as 400mcg iodine, (generous).
2.5 capsules = 1mg iodine. Therefore 2.5x130 = 320 capsules per day to get your daily 130mg dose. And even more if your capsules contain say, 250mcg or 200 mcg of iodine. Do the math. Remember 1000mcg = 1 mg. Big difference between microgram and milligram. Feel like taking 320 or 450 capsules per day ? ? 4 drops per day of a saturated solution of KI is better
@Catoni52 My research turned up the same information! Thanks for sharing this Catoni. You've really helped break it down well and your warning about iodine tablets and tincture is completely true!
@RadicalHealthShow You are very welcome. Thank you for your videos, and best regards. (Time for a new keyboard. My quotation mark/hyphen mark key is not working)
@RadicalHealthShow You are very welcome. Thank you for your videos, and best regards. (new keyboard time. My quotation mark/hyphen mark key is not working) I've seen dealers selling potassium iodide drops on Ebay claiming they are good for radiation emergencys. This is very deceptive. The levels in the bottles for a few drops are in mcg, not mg. You would need to drink the entire bottle for a one day dose in a nuclear emergency. Good to buy for health supplement, not nuclear emergency.
@RadicalHealthShow Google Nuclear War Survival Skills its a free ebook you can read online. The last half of the chapter covers it pretty good. Thanks again, and best regards. Catoni52
is liquid kelp just as good as solid pill kelp? how much could you take in a safe dose. i'd imagine the downside to it isn't as much as potassium iodide.
@Justice4all311 I agree with Catoni52 that the amount you'd need to consume of kelp supplements (even the liquid one) would be kind of ridiculous. I'd just as soon consume the actual seaweed themselves. Im still undecided about the potassium iodide supplement. I'll have more information in Part 2 which Im filming tomorrow now that I have more research to share.
@AlienStephmother I wont have time to add subtitles but I'll definitely post the ingredients in the info. Maybe in my future videos I can put subtitles of the ingredients as I mention them. Right now Im setting up the Radical Health blog where I'll be able to share my notes with viewers that want more information. I cant thank you enough for watching and giving me feedback!
