I HAVE A PAPLLION THAT IS MY 3RD CHILD HER NAME IS IZZY AND I REALLY CANT SAY WHAT I WOULD DO IF SOMEBODY HURT HER PEOPLE THAT WILL HURT AN ANIMAL WILL HURT A CHILD BEFORE HER I LIVED IN ANOTHER AREA I HAVE ALOT OF ANIMALS MY ANIMALS WERE GETTING SICK. SOME OF MY KITTENS WERE SICK MY BOXER DIED MY DASHUND DIED THE VET FOUND OUT IT WAS ANTIFREEZE POISONING IN THE STATE OF MS. WE DO NOT HAVE LAWS FOR ANIMALS WE MOVED AWAY FROM THE PERSON DOING IT I MADE A PROMISE NEXT TIME IF EVER I WILL FIX IT!!!

I have a 4 year basset hound, they r very lovable, even to extrangers, she adopted my hubby and a year ago in my birthday :D

Sadly there are so many heartless people, when I was about 5-6years old, saw how some teens tortured and killed our dog, (a small hound-corgi like dog)we coulndt do anything, we just hid in the buches.After 20something years,I was finally able to confront my oldest sister and ask her why she didnt do anything...she said she was terryfied (she was also a child at the time ) and told me that she hasnt forget.

the worse thing is that, we moved far from that place...and so many years after when we were all teens, and had other pets, my parent's new neighboor, hated animals, and she gave my moms cats poison, and after she was done with the cats, she gave rat poison to the sweetest rotty I ever met :(, they didnt even give him enough to kill him instantly, just to make him suffer for many days :(.

i'm so sorry 2 hear bout what happend 2 your dog. a similar incident had happend 2 a friend a mine n her cat was fed poison. it scary 2 think there are people that would hurt the 1's we love, including our pets. i can only hope this never happens 2 my animals.

Bassetts are so cute n i can't understand who would wana harm 1.
