I think that the reason people are so into this is that they want to believe that there are still fascinating undiscovered animals out there that would turn our science on its' head. I don't mean a new deer with different markings or a fish thought to be extinct for millions of years (but other than that is unremarkable). I mean something extraordinary like a dinosaur or a yeti. Sadly, the older I get the less I think Nessie will ever be found, but I'd still love to go there someday :-)

It's really a tiny lake with minimal fish life. Nothing bigger than a medium size pike could live in those waters without starving to death. If you want a monster, come to the 1,100 square mile Lake Iliamna, full of millions of trout and arm-size salmon.

If Loch Ness was infested with dinosaurs and it was once frozen ice what I think could've happend is when the lake was frozen ice Nessie was the only one of her kind to get out of the water before the Loch was frozen and when the meteor hit Nessie was in a safe place away from the meteor. The meteor could've hit the Loch killing all of her kind. And after the meteor The LNM (loch ness monster) ate some sort of plant or meat that would keeep you alive for a long time. That's my theort.
i too believe the water horse is real. but it obviously doesn't exist now... i know that the loch is connected to the sea. but there are canals between the loch and the sea. and the point is. a creature of that size is sure to eat all the fish in no time. maybe the food source ran out that caused its extinction... and the canals would block more fish coming in... or maybe before the canals was there... nessies escaped and got killed by other predators like sharks in the sea.

What does Nessie eats anyway? since eating is part of survival. Fish? not enough for a big monster like Nessie. plus, it would be suspicious that sea creatures/marine lifeforms from the lake are missing if Nessie is feeding on them.
Maybe Nessie did die, somewhere under the lake deep down, and turned her into a fossilized dino/creature, or maybe her remaining flesh had been eaten away by other marine lifeforms.

obviously without difinitive proof u cant say something is there or not,however is it not percieved as somewhat curious that everyone thinks the monster has a long neck with 4 i dont know what u want to call them but "flippers"? maybe there is something someone must of hve seen something 2 start of this "rumour" regardless of what is was,obviously someone else believed them and sighted something 2,it on the other hand could b a bunch of lies 4 tourist purpouses but whatever it is,its interesting

i love scotland and have been to the loch on many occasions i had some strange footage on my phone but no longer have it ny more i a firm beliver in nessis and i know she is not in the lake but in a goverment holod up after they did the sonar sweep years ago they took her away to proctect her and its the ledgend that keeps her alive poor mite remenber the goverment are 10yrs in front of what we know! ill always come back every year just to check and to get my next nessis bear xxxx

If Loch Ness was infested with dinosaurs and it was once frozen ice what I think could've happend is when the lake was frozen ice Nessie was the only one of her kind to get out of the water before the Loch was frozen and when the meteor hit Nessie was in a safe place away from the meteor. The meteor could've hit the Loch killing all of her kind. And after the meteor The LNM (loch ness monster) ate some sort of plant or meat that would keeep you alive for a long time. That's my theort.

i too believe the water horse is real. but it obviously doesn't exist now... i know that the loch is connected to the sea. but there are canals between the loch and the sea. and the point is. a creature of that size is sure to eat all the fish in no time. maybe the food source ran out that caused its extinction... and the canals would block more fish coming in... or maybe before the canals was there... nessies escaped and got killed by other predators like sharks in the sea.

What does Nessie eats anyway? since eating is part of survival. Fish? not enough for a big monster like Nessie. plus, it would be suspicious that sea creatures/marine lifeforms from the lake are missing if Nessie is feeding on them.
Maybe Nessie did die, somewhere under the lake deep down, and turned her into a fossilized dino/creature, or maybe her remaining flesh had been eaten away by other marine lifeforms.

oh and i belive that there is a monster in the loch probably a plesiosour that i think could have gone into an underwater cave to survive i agre with full metall on this won and the sonar equipmet now a days is just not good enough as they cant go 1000 feet deep

loch ness is too deep for sonar equi[ment it is the deepest loch in britain and some parts go up to 1000 feet deep now so this is a perfect place for nessie a documentary earlier i saw looked underwater for a cave or home that nessie culd lie and at the bottom of the loch somewhere ther is a massive shipwreck i dont know how it got ther but it could be hiding a monster as it is big enough

Nessie does exist, there just isnt any good equipment to catch vidoe of it, it stays away from people, in lake champlain there are reports too, its becuase that that champlian and the loch ness were under water, now what if something were to be cut off from the ocean, it is either evolve or die, and then if dinosaurs went exinct, then why are there some reptiles and sharks, they evolved to the new eviroment, and a new species is almost discovered every day.

Did you not listen to the good doctor in the video? The rocks surrouding the loch could not support under water tunnels!!! Plus the fish stocks in the loch could not support a 'monster'...maybe it's just an eel or a massive fish...or maybe you should go and watch how the dark waters of Loch Ness can play tricks on you!!! Good video! i think that it's entirely possible for Nessie to exist. There are still millions of creatures out there that we know nothing about. so why not a dinosaur that lives in Loch Ness? And it could come from the ocean as well.
