this spell is only good for non-elites. Its great to farm with or go through low level instances. In kara, ZA or even most heroics this spell equals instant aggro then a painfully death.
Due to the cast time and high cost, it's really not as practical for a solo farming spell as you'd think. It's better to just grind via instant casts as a UA Lock.
