She's really fluent!! No accent at all! Did she lived in America or something? Plus, she kind of reminds me of f(x)'s Krystal. Not the looks, but the way they speak in English. Both of their tone and voice sounds the same.

Indeed. They're raising their hand as a sign that they're singing their part. If Im not mistaken at some music show rehearsal, they will raise their hand when they're singing their part to let the camera director to know who to shoot. (As in solo shot) I found out about this from the rookie group MYNAME tho.
