Out in the rain is a perfect place for these banned insurgents to be. However, this is a totally staged protest with people brought in from other cities because only a dozen or so people have been actually banned from the Gurdwara of Rochester. If they put 1/2 of this effort into starting their own Gurdwara, perhaps they would actually accomplish something.

@RanjitKaur765 - There was a small group of people that were banished from the Gurdwara by the New York State Supreme Court for unruly and generally vulgar behavior inside the Gurdwara. So in response, they bussed in people from Toronto, Buffalo, and other cities to stage a 'protest' because they feel persecuted. Less then 15% of the people that are shown actually live in the Rochester area...All the others have been bussed in.
