Paintball in canada nation wide is no higher than 300fps. Airsoft No higher than 500fps. for snipers,420fps-450fps AEG semi auto only, 400fps for AEG on full auto, 320fps for CQC.

A paintball going 375 won't break bones, and I'd be impressed if someone can get a paintball going that fast out of a marker with out the barrel friction causing the ball to rupture. This video is 1000 frames per second, not feet per second.

Field specs for paintball are 250-270 feet per second. Airsoft is 350-450 feet per second (legally, other tards push faster speeds)
