How to Download and Install New Fonts

Every time I drag the new font into the folder it says "..is currently being in use and cannot be replaced. wait til windows is finished using the file." :/

Try re-downloading your font directly to your desktop. Then right- click it and press copy. Go to your fonts folder, right click, and press Paste.

You downloaded a Winrar file. You need to download Winrar (just google it)and use it to open the 3 book icon thingy. After you saved it to your desktop, right click it and click "Extract here".

You should see the TT icon, just drag and drop it into your fonts folder.

Hello, I've got a problem, please help because I've been trying everything and I badly need to get this solved.

Ok, the thing is that I've installed heaps of fonts into my computer (Windows XP if that helps) and they work perfectly on Microsoft Word, Excell, Powerpoint, etc but NOT IN MOVIE MAKER!!! I've tried everything, including fonts from different websites and restarting the computer. Any more ideas, please?
