Also I really do think Sunny has the potential to grow into a decent if not great protagonist for the new season...imagine these funny moments with the deep stories that Scrubs is also well-known for. The relationships, the ups and downs, the losses, the gains...JD wouldn't be JD if we didn't know how he struggled to get to where he is now.

It doesn't even have to be Sunny, it could be anyone else - even a completely new intern that hasn't been introduced yet.
