These famous Special Effects Makeup Artists from Italy (Stivaletti, De Rossi, and Natali) could never get work in the U.S. because their effects are just not up to professional quality..I have been doing this for over 25 years professionally, and if that reel was shown to me, I would never hire him.
@Valkonnen looking back on this your right. They should of just stuck to the scenes of teeth and fingers. That head is rubber-tastic! Still for a soft core porn budget looking film they did decent. For a movie of higher then B standards.. it dose not fly.
@KokoroNoSama in I've been a professional special effects makeup artist for over 25 years in NYC, and most of my budgets in total are what he pays his crew members as a weekly salary. Whether I have $1,000 (Not even enough to cover the materials to create ANY effect) 0r a budget of $100,000. My work always comes out looking great. Stivaletti lacks talent, and all of the stuff that looks spectacular to Italian audiences are Ideas that he gets from reading through American Horror Mags.
