I can speed up the video with the new youtube feature. I don't know if anyone else can but I do have a bad video showing it on my channel. Look at the bottom of the screen. Do you ever see something that says "normal"? Click it and select 1.5x 2.0x 1/2 or 1/4 speed! And the voices don't become weird and high pitched. I used to only be able to do it on a few videos but now most of them I can speed up on slow down.
